James V. Henson 64, of Crosby, Texas went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2008. James was born on January 4, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Robert and Pauline (Matthews) Henson. James worked as a heavy equipment operator and has lived in the Crosby area all of his life. James was a very kind and giving man who will be missed by all that knew him. James if preceded in death by his parents Robert and Pauline Henson and his loving wife Sandra Young Henson. He is survived by daughter Jamie Dunn and husband Gene, stepdaughter Kalleen Tepera and husbnd Fred, stepdaughter Kathleen Harber and husband Keith, stepdaughter Kimberley Baumbach, brother Bobby Henson and wife Judy, grandchildren; Clayton, Cody, Morgan, Corley, Natasha, Robert, Justin, Victoria, Zane, Charley, Allen, Tiffany, Josh, great grandchildren; Skyler, Taylor, Kylie, Aeson, Kortlyn and many other relatives and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, December 26, 2008 from 5-8pm at Sterling-White. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008 10am at Sterling-White Funeral Home.
