Dayton Festival to feature music, fun

DAYTON– Live entertainment and music will fill the streets of downtown Dayton all weekend during the 15th annual Dayton Ole Tyme Days Festival.
The April 21 schedule includes the following: 9-9:30 a.m. Star Twirlers;
9:30-10 Evelynn Johnson; 10-10:30 Jason West; 10:30-11 Syncopation Cloggers; 11-11:30 Tae KwonDo Plus; and 11:30-noon. Shana’s Dance Place.
The entertainment continues in the after noon with: 12-12:30 Awards for Photo & Jr. Chili; 12:30-1 Texas Angel; 1-1:30 Dorothy Mizzel; 1:30-2 Wave of Praise Flag Drill Team; 2:00-2:30 Dayton High School Choir; 2:30-3 Anne Smesny; 3-3:30 Cloggers on the Move and 3:30-4 Shana’s Dance Place.
The Ole Tyme Days Festival is held annually to promote Dayton, Texas and to raise money for local youth scholarships. The festival has grown tremendously over the past fifteen years. Admission is free.
Make plans to attend the 15th Annual Dayton Ole Tyme Days Festival, April 20-22 for a weekend of safe, fun and exciting activities. All proceeds benefit the Dayton Ole Tyme Days Youth Scholarship Fund.
