CROSBY – According to Deputy M. Amad, on March 28, at about 10:51 p.m., Josue Munoz was driving a 2002 Honda Accord southbound in the outside lane of the 14700 block of Main Street. Munoz was at the intersection of FM 2100 and Krenek Rd. when the light turned green, Munoz proceeded through the intersection. Gerald Wagnone III was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson FXSTC in the same direction on the outside lane at a high rate of speed.

The investigation indicated that Gerald Wagnone III failed to control speed and struck the back of the 2002 Honda Accord. Upon impact, Gerald Wagnone III was thrown from the motorcycle and was found with no signs of life at the scene, due to the injuries he sustained during this crash. This case remains open and is under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division.
