The West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce joined with Chambers County and the Texas Department of Transportation in cutting a ribbon on a newly completed section of IH-10. The celebrated portion lies between the Old and Lost Rivers bridge and Cedar Bayou and will contain the all-important intersection with Texas 99 Grand Parkway when that roadway comes online in January 2008.
