GCCISD Fine Arts Students Prance Towards Rodeo Success

The Goose Creek CISD Fine Arts department hosted a reception on January 19th, where they recognized the winning artwork that will be displayed in the Hayloft Gallery during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The Rodeo’s School Art Program, now in its 50th year, provides Pre-K through 12th grade students an opportunity to compete in their district, earn scholarships as well as travel to summer workshops. The 2023 district winners include:
