San Jacinto Park in Highlands was decorated with commemorative signs for Memorial Day last Friday by Highlands/Lynchburg Chamber of Commerce volunteers. Betty Michalsky representing the Highlands Pilot Club (which recently dissolved) is heading up this project for the Chamber of Commerce.
