HIGHLANDS – Chamber of Commerce Director Jessica Woods has announced that after missing the Jamboree last year, due to the Pandemic, the community will be able to participate in a combined Jamboree and Halloween celebration, named a “Spooktacular” on Saturday, October 30. The Highlands 64th Annual Jamboree will include a parade, crafts show, Expo, and Children’s Pageant on Saturday, October 30th.
The Parade will begin at 10 am and travel south on Main Street.
The Craft Fair and Expo will open after the parade at Highlands Elementary Campus on E. Wallisvile Rd.
The popular Children’s pageant will start at noon following the parade awards, taking place in the elementary school multipurpose room.
