CROSBY – June is Crosby Rodeo month, from the BBQ cook-off to the Livestock Auction to the CPRA Rodeo events, and now the final two music acts Friday and Saturday night. Good weather and great entertainment has brought out crowds this year.

The public and all potential buyers are invited to a Dinner Thursday night at 4:00pm at the Rodeo Pavilion, as a warm-up to the bidding later at 6:00pm for the livestock that the FFA students raised all year. A big crowd and big bids should be the atmosphere of the evening, considering that the COVID pandemic held back the event results the last two years.

On Friday, FFA and 4- H events will take place at the pavilion, and then in the evening the CPRA rodeo events kick-off (literally) at 7:30pm, followed by the entertainment for the evening, Josh Ward and Jon Wolfe.

On Saturday starting at 10am the Little Wrangler Rodeo will entertain the kids and their parents, with events that everyone looks forward to. In the evening, the Rodeo will come to a high point with the CPRA final events and the DOS BORRACHOS music entertainment, the popular Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager returning for one of their many appearances in Crosby.
